Build a service advisor career at one of three Patriot dealerships in Limerick, Boyertown, or Warminster. These Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC service drive opportunities offer $70,000–$200,000 per year with a customer-first process and clear growth potential.

What you'll do

Welcome service customers, confirm concerns, inspect the vehicle with the customer, and open an accurate repair order
Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, ethically, and with customer authorization
Set expectations and provide proactive updates from write-up through vehicle delivery
Coordinate workflow, promise times, parts availability, and approvals with technicians, Parts, and the cashier
Review completed work, explain invoices, and follow up to support CSI, retention, and repeat business
Meet service drive goals for customer satisfaction, repair-order quality, sales, and productivity

What we're looking for

Automotive service advisor or dealership customer-service experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and relationship-building skills
Comfort with dealership management systems, phones, email, and digital customer updates
Ability to explain technical recommendations in clear customer-friendly language
Valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record
