What you'll do
- Lead the sales team through daily one-on-ones, training, goal setting, and in-the-moment coaching
- Desk and structure new, pre-owned, lease, and finance deals for profitability and customer value
- Complete accurate trade appraisals and help manage pre-owned inventory decisions
- Enforce CRM process compliance, lead response standards, appointment follow-up, and pipeline accountability
- Partner closely with Finance on clean deal handoffs, product opportunities, funding, and compliance
- Manage floor coverage, customer escalations, closing support, and daily sales operations
What we're looking for
- Proven automotive sales management, desk manager, or dealership closing experience
- GM, Chevrolet, or comparable dealership leadership background preferred
- Strong desking, deal-structuring, appraisal, coaching, and closing skills
- Working knowledge of CRM accountability, dealership systems, and sales compliance
- Valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record
