What you'll do
- Assist customers on the showroom floor and through phone, email, chat, and digital retail leads
- Discover customer needs and present, demonstrate, and test-drive new Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and pre-owned vehicles
- Complete professional trade-in walkarounds and gather accurate information for appraisal
- Manage every opportunity, follow-up task, appointment, and next step in the CRM pipeline
- Guide customers through selection, pricing, and handoff to Finance with clear communication
- Prepare and deliver vehicles, explain key features, and build lasting relationships that earn reviews and referrals
What we're looking for
- Sales or customer-service experience is helpful; automotive experience is not required
- Competitive, coachable, organized, and committed to consistent follow-up
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills in person, by phone, and online
- Valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record
- Availability for a retail schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays
Pay and benefits
