Patriot Dealerships welcomes experienced general managers and group leaders across our Limerick, Boyertown, and Warminster rooftops. Department-specific managers are listed with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, or Reconditioning so candidates can find the right operating team.
What you'll do
- Set dealership-wide operating priorities and hold department leaders accountable for execution
- Develop leaders and build a culture of coaching, customer care, and measurable performance
- Review volume, gross, expense, CSI, retention, and staffing results across departments
- Partner with ownership on recruiting, process improvement, compliance, and long-term growth
- Create alignment among Sales, Finance, Service, Parts, Reconditioning, and support teams
What we're looking for
- Proven dealership general management or multi-department leadership experience
- Track record of developing leaders and improving operating performance
- Strong financial, communication, recruiting, and process-management skills
- Working knowledge of dealership compliance and customer satisfaction standards
- Valid driver's license with a clean, acceptable driving record
